1. Shipping Options
Convenience Store Pickup: 7-11, FamilyMart (Taiwan main island & offshore stores)
Courier: SF Express (Cash on Delivery, Hong Kong & Macau)
Postal Service: Chunghwa Post (Europe, USA, Japan, Korea and other regions)
2. Delivery Time & Regions
Convenience Store Pickup: 2–3 days (Taiwan main island)
Courier (Hong Kong & Macau): 3–7 days
Postal Service (Europe & USA): 14–30 days
Postal Service (Japan & Korea): 10–21 days
3. Shipping Notes
Orders will be shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding the order date).
Delivery hours: Monday–Friday, 12:00 – 20:00
No courier or postal deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
During holidays, peak order seasons, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters), shipments may be delayed.
4. Important Notice
Convenience Store Pickup: Please check your SMS notification and collect your package within 7 days after arrival.
If the package is not collected and results in shipping costs, the customer will be responsible for the charges.
Maximum Pre-order Period
In-stock Items: Orders will be delivered within 3–5 business days.
Pre-order Items: Orders will be delivered within 14–30 business days (delivery time may vary due to international shipping or customs delays).
