Our products are sourced from around the world and are guaranteed to be authentic. Each item comes with its original tags for your verification.

About Pre-order / Purchase-on-demand Products
1. Size Confirmation & Return Policy
Pre-order (purchase-on-demand) items are custom-ordered specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure to confirm your size before placing your order. If you are unsure, we recommend visiting a store to try on the item or contacting our customer service for assistance.
Once the order is confirmed, no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the item has a major defect.
2. Major Defects Policy
The determination of major defects will be made at the discretion of oog.tpe.
If the item has significant defects that affect its wearability (e.g. sole separation, large stains, etc.), please contact us and we will assist with the matter.
Minor imperfections from the manufacturing process (e.g. slight loose threads, minor glue marks, or stitching misalignment) are considered normal and do not affect wearability. Please evaluate carefully before placing your order.
3. Pre-order Shipping Time
The estimated arrival time for pre-order items may vary due to international shipping or customs delays. We appreciate your understanding in the event of delays. If you need the item urgently, we recommend purchasing in-stock items.
4. Shipping Process Notice
During international shipping, slight damage to packaging materials such as shoeboxes or dust papers may occur. This does not affect the product itself. Thank you for your understanding.
In-stock Products Policy
In-stock items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please ensure the size is correct before placing your order. If unsure, you may visit a store for fitting or contact our customer service for assistance.
Separate Shipping for In-stock and Pre-order Items
If you wish to receive in-stock and pre-order items separately, please place separate orders or contact customer service to assist with separate shipment arrangements.
Other Important Information
1. Color Differences
Product colors may vary slightly depending on your computer or mobile screen settings. This is not considered a valid reason for return.
2. Tag Removal
Due to international import/export regulations, some items may require tag removal before shipping. However, we guarantee that all products are brand new and authentic. If you are concerned about this, please order with caution.
3. Payment & Order Processing
Please complete payment (including code payments) within 48 hours after placing your order. Orders not paid within this period will be automatically canceled without further notice.
4. Out-of-stock Notifications
If the item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email and assist you with the next steps.
