1. Size Confirmation & Return/Exchange Policy
Pre-order (proxy purchase) items are considered customized procurement and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please ensure that the size is correct before placing your order.
If you are unsure, we recommend trying the item in-store or contacting our customer service team for assistance.
Except for cases of major defects, no return or exchange will be accepted once the order is placed.
2. Major Defects Return/Exchange Policy
Determination of what constitutes a major defect is at the sole discretion of OOG.
If the product has obvious issues that affect wearability (e.g., glue separation, severe stains), please contact us and we will assist with the process.
Minor imperfections from the manufacturing process (e.g., slight loose threads, glue residue, or stitching misalignment) are considered within the normal range and do not qualify for return or exchange.
3. Delivery Time for Pre-order Items
The delivery time for pre-order items is an estimated timeframe, which may vary due to international shipping or customs delays.
If you require the item urgently, we recommend purchasing in-stock products instead.
4. Shipping Process Notes
During international shipping, shoe boxes, dust papers, or other packaging materials may experience slight damage.
This is a common and unavoidable circumstance in global logistics, but it does not affect the quality of the product itself.
